Meet Tyrone Jooste, a qualified civil engineer with experience in re-enforced concrete structures. Having moved to Hoedspruit in the back-end of 2023, Tyrone teamed up with his father, Trevor Jooste, to establish Discon in 2024. Having an engineering background, Tyrone brings technical expertise to his role as project manager. Most notably, Tyrone’s commitment to excellence and integrity, as well as his deep passion for providing opportunity and growth for skilled workers in the local community, is what drives him to lead Discon into becoming one of Hoedspruit’s most reliable and trusted construction firms. 

Meet Trevor Jooste, an experienced business owner boasting over two decades of expertise in the design and development of retail chain-stores. Trevor possesses a wealth of knowledge in aspects of general business practices and project management. In addition to his expertise in business, Trevor has for decades served the needs of clients throughout his business career and is highly passionate about helping clients bring their visions to life. A devoted family man, Trevor has a passion for upskilling local workers in the community and is committed to sharing his knowledge with the team at Discon.

Having founded Discon Group in 2024, Tyrone and Trevor Jooste, together with their highly skilled team, have successfully delivered projects in both Moditlo Estate and Raptors View Wildlife Estate.
